Perfectly designed with tungsten carbide and skirt steel, leading strength and penetration for increased productivity, excellent straightness, and hole cleanliness quality to obtain maximum drilling performance for fuel cost saving rate.We can design and manufacture the diameter, number of buttons and flush holes, button shape, and inclination according to the customer's sample or drawing. Our button bits are made of high-quality tungsten carbide and steel and are cold-treated to make them available for hard rock drilling with minimum possible energy loss by transferring the strong impact energy into the rock. Compared to tapered chisel bits and tapered cross bits, button bits offer higher technology, longer drilling time in one pass, and higher drilling efficiency. Depending on the clasp, tapered button bits can be divided into domed and ballistic types.Tapered button bits are the most popular tapered bits with a wide range of head diameters available from 26mm to 48mm.
